Louis was great. He made time in his busy schedule to replace my AC during a 90° week. He was friendly, clearly knew his stuff, and left the place clean. It’s awesome to have someone who is professional but also fun to be around if they’re going to be working in your home! You can tell he cares about his customers and his employees the way he speaks about them.
