Our A/C stopped working during one of the hottest days of the year. It was late in the day, about 4pm, and no company would send anyone out. But Louis came at 8pm and got our A/C running by removing a broken zone board. That was about a week and half ago. Today, Louis arrived with the replacement board after we returned from a trip. He installed the new board, two Ecobee thermostats and added coolant to our system. Louis is responsive, professional and an all-around great guy. Highly recommend Evans Heating and Air and Louis! We won’t use anyone else.
